Refund Terms

All refunds are discretionary.

You have the right to request a FULL REFUND within (14) Calendar Days of your date of purchase listed on your e-mailed receipt.

Your refund request requires a written explanation / feedback. In an effort to continue to improve the quality of products & services offered, this is required. If no explanation is offered, I reserve the right to hold onto your funds until a written explanation / feedback is submitted. A reasonable explanation is considered at least two sentences in length - approximately 280 characters or 55 words.

NO REFUNDS will be provided more than (14) Calendar Days following the date of purchase, for any reason.

Anti-Piracy Policy

If you download virtual / digital material and immediately request a refund within (1) hour of paid transaction, I reserve the right to reject your request for refund & launch an investigation into your purchasing behavior. I have established this policy in an effort to stop digital piracy attempts / online course exploiters.

The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try systems & processes. If it doesn’t work, isn’t worth their effort and/or time - they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training materials.

I reserve the right to hold all refund requests up to (72) hours before taking action to fully vet/investigate your transnational behaviors and intentions with said materials.

Partial refunds and/or truncated coaching programs are NON REFUNDABLE. Time booked, is time booked. If I am not spending it helping you, I am spending it helping someone else. By reserving my calendar for you, you are agreeing to pay me for my worth & time.
