If you visit or shop within EdwardABaker.com you are accepting our terms of service (TOS), privacy policy, refund policy, as operational conditions of our relationship. These same policies apply to all purchase made directly via this website or made indirectly via a custom e-mailed invoice.

Purchases & Payments

  • All payments & purchases are subject to our Return Policy & Privacy Policy.

  • United States Dollars (USD) is the ONLY approved currency at this time.

  • All major credit cards are accepted via the website and e-mail invoices. Cards are no longer accepted via phone for your security.

  • Snail mail checks are NOT accepted at this time.

  • NET30 / Purchase Orders (PO’s) are accepted for corporate companies and must be accompanied on branded letterhead with appropriate tax ID information. Subject to additional terms.

  • ACH / bank account wires & transfers available upon special request for large consulting orders. Please contact us.

International Customers

I DO NOT intentionally solicit customers outside of the Domestic USA. If you choose to work with me you are doing so at your own risk and waive all liability. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and fees that may be collected by your country of origin on all product & service purchases. All International customers MUST process their order via PayPal for the best buyer & seller terms commercially available.

When you visit EdwardABaker.com storefront, send me an e-mail, submitting information via an online form - you are communicating with me electronically. Your consent is given to receive communications from us in return via this format. We will communicate with you via e-mail, phone, or by posting notices on this website. It is the goal of EdwardABaker.com to be as accurate as possible with text, images, videos which describe products & services. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to request a refund within the (14) Calendar Day or (20) Minute Trial Period outlined in our Refund Policy.

Applicable Laws & Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to EdwardABaker.com or to products & services you purchase through Edward A. Baker shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the state of Nevada, USA, except that, to the intent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights.

Edward A. Baker / EdwardABaker.com may seek injunctive or other relief in any state or federal court in the state of Nevada, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts at all times and in all scenarios.

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

To the fullest extend permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
